Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unused Wildflower case back into its original limited-edition box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
